Does Tap to Pay with SumUp work with Finnish cards?
According to the data, SumUp offers Tap to Pay on your own phone. According to Stripe's documentation, many cards in Finland are offline PIN cards, and entering the PIN requires physical contact with the device, which Tap to Pay does not support. The same limitation probably applies to other providers too, but this has not been checked (source: Stripe: Tap to Pay, retrieved 16 October 2026).
